Summer Internship Project – MBA Core

Students of the MBA Core Program are required to undertake a Summer Internship Project during the third semester. This internship is conducted in reputed industries, corporate organizations, service sectors, or business enterprises, where students work on live managerial problems related to their specialization areas. The project enables students to gain practical industry experience, understand organizational functioning, apply management concepts, and develop professional skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. At the end of the internship, students submit a project report and present their findings for academic evaluation.

Field Project – MBA Financial Administration

Students enrolled in the MBA Financial Administration Program undertake a Field Project in the third semester, focusing on practical exposure in the areas of banking, finance, insurance, investment, taxation, and financial services. The field project involves data collection, financial analysis, case studies, and interaction with financial institutions, banks, NBFCs, or corporate finance departments. This project helps students bridge the gap between theory and practice by enhancing their analytical ability, financial decision-making skills, and understanding of real financial operations. The project concludes with the submission of a field project report and viva-voce examination.

Overall Learning Outcomes

Through these projects, MBA students develop industry readiness, practical competence, and professional confidence, making them well-prepared for managerial and financial roles in the competitive business environment.
